If you love movement and prioritizing self-care as much as I do, you're in the right place. This is a space where you can come home to your body and your breath, and escape the distractions of everyday life, anytime and anywhere.
This space was created for you to make movement a daily ritual.
Yoga Rituals classes combine conscious movement and breath, to develop a sensitive awareness of our body. Too often, we neglect our body to the point where we lose this sensitivity of our bodily awareness. These rituals are an invitation for you to move more deeply, freely, and mindfully - to establish a deeper connection between your body, mind, and soul.

I believe that with discipline and a sense of joy and gratitude, this practice has the power to elevate our vibrational frequency through the flow of energy and breath, establishing a union between our true inner self and the higher consciousness that connects all living beings.
My yoga journey...
Movement has always been my passion, my purpose. When I move is when I feel the most connected to my true self.
I started yoga in my early twenties, whilst living in Paris. At the time I was working a corporate job and quickly realized it was not a fulfilling carreer for me.
A dedicated practitioner for over 10 years, I obtained my certification 5 years ago in London, and since then have taught over 2500 hours of classes and retreats internationally.
Through this lifestyle and career change, my body healed, and a deep sense of gratitude, joy and purpose filled my soul.
Yoga is so much more than just the poses, it's about getting to know your authentic self and in doing so, living your fullest life.
