INTO THE JUNGLE RETREAT

In a hidden and untouched jungle of South Goa, lies The Postcard Hideaway Netravali. The twenty acres of greenery and hidden waterfalls offer relaxation and serenity, with unending views of the jungle and surrounding Western Ghats mountain range. Who knows, you might even spot a black panther or two!

This retreat will be a mix of yoga, hiking, cycling, as well as plenty of time to slow down, connect to our bodies, ourselves and nature. We will have 2-hour dynamic vinyasa morning practices and 2-hour relaxing evening practices consisting of yin, pranayama, Nidra, and journaling.

 

WHAT'S INCLUDED

  • 4 nights accommodation in your private jungle bungalow + 2 nourishing meals a day
  • Daily Yoga with Emilia (2 hours in the morning, 2 hours in the evening)
  • Guided hike through the Netravali jungle to the mesmerizing Savri Waterfalls 60-minute Ayurvedic massage
  • Cycling adventure through local trails on “Savvy” E-bikes
  • Arrival and departure airport transfers from GOI (Dabolim Airport South Goa)
 
SCHEDULE

DAY 1 - ARRIVE 

  • Direct flight from Dubai (3.5 hours)
  • 90-minute drive to Postcard Hideaway, Netravali Welcome cocktail + settle into the beautiful Postcard Hideaway, your home for the next four days. (feel free to relax at the beach/pool area after checkout)

DAY 2 - SETTLE IN, SLOW DOWN 

  • 10am: 2 hours Dynamic Vinyasa Flow
  • 12:00pm: Brunch 2:00pm: Free time / massage
  • 6:00pm: 2 hours Yin / Nidra / Meditation / Journaling
  • 8:00pm: Dinner 

DAY 3 - SAVRI WATERFALLS 

  • 9:00am: 2 hours Dynamic Vinyasa Flow
  • 11:00am: Brunch
  • 12:30pm: Free time / massage
  • 2:30pm: 3 hours guided hike to Savri Waterfalls
  • 6:00pm: 2 hours Yin / Nidra / Meditation / Journaling
  • 8:00pm: Dinner 

DAY 4 - NETRAVALI BY BIKE 

  • 9:00am: 2 hours Dynamic Vinyasa Flow
  • 11:00am: Brunch
  • 12:30pm: Free time / massage
  • 2:30pm: 2-hour cycling adventure on “Savvy” E-bikes
  • 6:00pm: 2 hours Yin / Nidra / Meditation / Journaling
  • 8:00pm: Dinner 

 DAY 5 - RELAX + BREATHE 

  • 9:00am: 2 hours Dynamic Vinyasa Flow
  • 11:00am: Brunch
  • 12:30pm: Free time / massage
  • 6:00pm: 2 hours Yin / Nidra / Meditation / Journaling
  • 8:00pm: Dinner
  • 9:30pm: Drive to GOI
